I had listed the item as sealed, and "no matter what it's sealed" sort of makes it hard for me to remove the disc from the cover. And if I'm removing it from the cover, I'll have to open the shrinkwrap, splitting this seam, so how can I do that "with care to prevent seam split"?
I sent the buyer a message:
I think something might have gotten lost in translation. I am very confused as to what you are asking me to do. Please explain?but he never got back to me.
Then finally I just shipped it without doing anything weird, I sent him a message saying I never heard back from him, and he responded saying both that he'd never received my message and also very clearly explaining his request.
Perhaps if you had done that the first time, I would have been able to fulfill it.
